Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By enrolling you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Selecting the installment plan creates a binding obligation to pay all installments according to the schedule. Failure to pay a scheduled installment may result in suspension of access and remains a debt owed in full.

3. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Read our full Refund Policy for complete details. By enrolling, you confirm you have read and accepted that policy.

4. Intellectual property

All program content — videos, templates, downloadable files, written lessons, community discussions, and the Hustle with Amin brand itself — is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, mirror, or republish any program content.
• Record live calls or share recordings with non-students.
• Use the content to create a competing course, coaching offer, or training product.
• Share your login or program access with anyone else.

Violations result in immediate termination of access with no refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Code of conduct in the community

To remain in the WhatsApp / Discord community you agree to: be respectful to other students and to Amin; not spam or promote unrelated offers; not harass anyone; not share another student's information outside the group. We may remove you, without refund, for breaches of this code.

6. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific income, sale, or business outcome. The student wins shown on our website are real but not typical. Your results depend on your niche choice, effort, market conditions, and execution. Nothing on our website is a personalised financial, legal, or business advice.

7. Third-party services

The program teaches you to use third-party platforms such as Etsy, Canva, EverBee, eRank, Payoneer, Wise, Pinterest, and others. You are responsible for complying with their terms of service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their policies, algorithms, or pricing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

9. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or our Refund Policy, with no refund. We may also discontinue any program at our discretion; in that case, students will be offered transfer to another cohort or product of equivalent value at our sole discretion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
