Hustle with Amin is an online education brand operated by Amin from Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at amin@hustlewithamin.com.

We collect only what we need to deliver the program, process payments, and improve our marketing.

• Account data: name, email, country, phone, WhatsApp number (used to add you to the community).
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer references). We do not store full card numbers.
• Application data: answers you submit on the apply form.
• Usage data: pages visited, lessons watched, time-on-page, browser, device, referring URL — collected via Google Analytics / Meta Pixel / equivalent.
• Communications: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the program and grant access to lessons, community, and live calls.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, cohort start, lesson drops).
• To send program-related updates and occasional marketing about future cohorts. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website, lessons, and ads through aggregated analytics.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.

4. Third parties we share data with

We share data only with the third-party services we need to run the business:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks).
• Email service providers (e.g. ConvertKit, MailerLite, or equivalent) for transactional and marketing emails.
• Hosting and analytics (Vercel, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Community platforms (WhatsApp Business, Discord) where you choose to participate.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for site function and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work correctly.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you remain an active student plus a reasonable archive period afterwards (typically 5 years) for legal, accounting, and support reasons. You can request earlier deletion (subject to legal limits — see Section 7).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing amin@hustlewithamin.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and reputable third-party processors for payments and storage. No internet-based system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.

9. Children

Hustle with Amin is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal data without a parent's consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
