Refund Policy

1. Why this policy is strict

Once you complete enrollment, you receive immediate access to the full program — every video, every template, every downloadable asset, and the private community. Because the content is digital, irrevocable, and immediately usable, refunds are not technically or commercially possible.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read this policy, understood it, and accepted that no refund will be issued.

2. Installment plans

If you select the 3-month installment plan, you are agreeing to pay all three monthly installments. Missing a scheduled installment does not cancel the remaining balance. We may pause your community and program access until any missed installment is paid.

Cancelling an installment plan mid-way does not entitle you to a refund of installments already paid.

3. Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after enrollment is considered a breach of these terms. We will contest any chargeback with the full evidence of program access (login records, content download logs, community activity).

Students who initiate chargebacks are permanently removed from the program, the community, and any future cohorts, and may be reported to the relevant payment processors.

4. Before you enroll — read this carefully

We deliberately keep our marketing honest about effort, time commitment, and realistic outcomes. The program requires 2–3 hours per week for 8 weeks, plus your own work building your Etsy shop. Results vary based on niche, market conditions, effort, and execution.

We do not promise income, sales, or any specific dollar amount. Student results shared on our website are real but not typical, and are not a guarantee of your own outcome.

5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. Not for change of mind. Not for "I didn't have time". Not for "I didn't realise it would be hard". Not for any other reason.

The only situation in which we will issue a refund is if we, Hustle with Amin, are unable to deliver the program at all — for example, if the cohort is cancelled and not rescheduled. In that case, you would be offered a credit to a future cohort first, and a refund only if no future cohort is suitable.
